Full Description: This beautiful property is located in the mountains overlooking the towns of Ciudad Cortez and Palmar Norte on the southern Pacific coast.
The farm is at an altitude of 2500 feet, giving it warm pleasant days and cool comfortable nights. The land is gently rolling meadow, interspersed with mature tropical hardwoods. Rivers with waterfalls border the farm on the north and south sides.
The ocean views are dramatic, taking in the coast from north of Cortez down to the Osa Peninsula. Looking to the south, a portion of the Golfo Dulce can be seen.
